I know what it feels like to compete for the first time, to have no confidence, and to put on your bikini and heels to practice and send your coach video clips when you really don't feel like it. Ive felt the crazy nerves when you don't feel good enough and doubt why you are even putting yourself through this.

Having the right people in your team to push and reasure you is so important to keep you accountable and give you the focus and confidence in yourself that you need. There are many great coaches with different strengths, you just have to choose the one that is the best fit for you.

Competing with the WBFF really turned my life around and gave me a confidence I never knew I had. I pride myself on having a direct and real approach, and a good heart. 

I just want you all to shine and feel as amazing as I did when you step on stage, because there really is no feeling like it, and in that moment, everything becomes worth it.

Prices below are per show, if you wish to start the coaching in advnace of the recomended 6 months I am happy to look at some affordable options with you. You can never start too early - make it second nature, and then all you need to think about on stage is smiling and bringing out that inner diva!
